Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Textile Showroom Supervisor to manage daily showroom operations, support sales staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should maintain showroom discipline, monitor stock display, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily showroom activities
- Guide and support sales staff
- Ensure proper product display and cleanliness
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Monitor billing and stock movement
- Maintain staff attendance and discipline
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Any degree or relevant experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in textile/showroom operations preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
