Job Summary
Signature Club Resort, Brigade Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Senior F&B Executive to oversee restaurant and banquet operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage reports, team performance, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquets, and F&B outlets.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining Brigade Hospitality service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train the F&B service team.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams for smooth operations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, grooming, and SOP compliance.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of outlets.
- Monitor inventory, breakage, and operational costs.
- Support the F&B Manager in achieving departmental revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
Reporting & Operational Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ability to prepare and analyze:
- Daily Sales Reports
- Outlet Revenue Reports
- Food & Beverage Cost Reports
- Guest Feedback Reports
- Consumption & Inventory Reports
- Banquet Event Reports
- Staff Attendance and Productivity Reports
- Good knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 5-7 years of experience in hospitality F&B operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance.
- Guest-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good report preparation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Report preparation and MIS knowledge.
- Excellent guest handling and complaint resolution.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team leadership and staff training.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
