Hiring: English to Kannada Language Trainer*

### *About the Opportunity*
We are looking for a *passionate and skilled Language Trainer* for an exciting *corporate training program in Chennai*. This is a hybrid role with both online and offline sessions for high-profile corporate learners.
### *Program Details*
1. *Course Duration:* Total *30 hours*
2. *Batch Timings:* *3:00 PM to 4:00 PM* only
3. *Schedule:* Classes on *Tuesdays & Thursdays*
- *Online:* Approx *22 sessions*
- *Offline:* *8 sessions* – 2 days per month at client location in Palikaranai
4. *Batch Size:* 1 batch only
5. *Start Date:* *14th July 2025*. Program launch meeting around *13th or 14th July, 2:00–3:00 PM*
### *Compensation*
1. *Online Sessions:* *₹500 per hour*
2. *Offline Sessions:* *₹1000 per hour*
### *Eligibility Criteria*
1. *Language Proficiency:* *English to Kannada*. Must be strong in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada
2. *Experience:* *Prior experience training corporate employees* is mandatory
3. *Profile:* Native Kannada speakers are welcome to apply
4. *Location:* *Must currently reside in Chennai* – this is a hybrid role, not fully remote
5. *Screening:* Shortlisted candidates will go through a screening interaction. You will be asked to submit a *2–3-minute demo video* to assess language proficiency
