- Knowledge of materials used in interior industry is crucial such as of furniture, lighting solutions, various finishes, core material, colour theory and so on.* Conduct thorough title searches and legal due diligence for property acquisitions.
- To produce furniture plans, design proposal, material selections and manage clients independently or with minimal supervision.
- Proactively working towards gaining the trust of the prospective clients with skillset and lead them towards closure with the company. Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure positive feedback and referral flow from the clients.
- Post the design phase, designer to be proactive in terms of assisting the client with Material Selection process i.e planning the list of items that would be required during execution, for example - Lighting fixtures, curtains. kitchen wall tiles etc., Similarly, a minimum of 3 to 4 site visits for each project during execution stage.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
