Personal Assistant to Founder

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Location: Banashankari Stage 3, Bengaluru
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Accompany the Founder for business meetings, events, and official travel when required.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle business correspondence, emails, and documentation.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and business visits.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and sensitive documents.
- Support administrative and operational activities as directed by the Managing Director.
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in both Kannada and English.
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel with the Founder as required.
- Weekly 2 mandatory visits to Mysore Factory
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
