We're hiring an Operations Manager to oversee production and supply chain execution for a premium home textiles brand with in-house manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Production in-charge (factory floor oversight)
- Quality control oversight
- Vendor coordination
- Daily purchase decisions
Requirements:
- Senior, able to work semi-independently
- Manufacturing/production background required
- Strong ownership mindset — this is our highest-accountability operations role
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
