The Role
We are looking for a sharp, results-driven E-Commerce Associate to manage and scale our multi-channel digital storefronts. This isn’t a passive listing coordinator role; you will actively drive visibility, manage cross-platform inventories, optimize multi-marketplace performance, and accelerate our expansion into Quick Commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Marketplace Operations: Manage day-to-day operations across major marketplaces. This includes maintaining accurate inventory, executing catalogue updates, and configuring platform-specific discounts or coupons.
- Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) Expansion: Execute Q-Commerce operations like cataloguing, listing optimization, running ad campaigns, structuring promotional strategies.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics: Support platform-specific ad campaigns on marketplace portals to hit ROI goals. Run weekly Amazon ROAS reports and deep-dive into sales metrics across platforms to capture growth opportunities.
- New Product Launches (NPD): Assist the rollout of new products across marketplaces. Manage Product Detail Sheets, coordinate guideline-compliant visual assets with the design team, and generate a mandatory 7-day post-launch sales performance audit.
What We Expect
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience handling multi-marketplace accounts (e.g. Amazon, Nykaa, or FirstCry) and Q-commerce platforms.
- Analytical Rigor: Comfortable jumping into seller dashboards, tracking ROAS, and translating platform data into commercial adjustments.
- Coordination Skills: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with designers, web teams, and inventory specialists to keep listings flawless.
Day - Shift
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
