Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver music lessons for students across different grade levels.
- Teach vocal and instrumental music, rhythm, melody, and music theory.
- Organize and prepare students for school assemblies, competitions, cultural programs, and special events.
- Identify and develop students' musical talents through individual and group activities.
- Encourage participation in choir, band, and other musical performances.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain music instruments and ensure proper use of music resources.
- Collaborate with teachers and school administration to support school events and celebrations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Music, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Proficiency in vocal music and at least one musical instrument.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of different age groups.
