Job Description:

Responsible for setting, achieve & sustain PQCDSM targets in the molding shop which is linked with the company's vision

Implementation & sustain of QMS - IATF 16949, JIPM - TPM, EHS (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)

Capacity planning & execution against the plan

Manpower requirement plan & review

Interaction with customers & support functions for day-to-day activities

To deal with customer & meet their development requirement on time

To prepare & monitor KRA & JD for downline
