Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee daily guest operations including admissions, discharges, and overall stay experience
Coordinate between the front office, therapy, medical, and housekeeping teams
Ensure high standards of hygiene, service quality, and patient care are consistently maintained
Handle guest queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance standards (including NABH protocols)
Train and supervise hospitality staff to deliver premium service standards
Requirements:-
5–7 years of experience in hospitality operations in relevant roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage teams and handle high-expectation clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience in hospitals, wellness centers, or luxury hospitality preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
