Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions as per the RAC curriculum
- Deliver modules on retail operations, apparel basics, and customer service
- Use interactive teaching methods (role plays, case studies, activities)
Skill Development
- Train candidates in communication, grooming, and workplace behavior
- Develop customer handling and sales skills
- Provide hands-on exposure to retail processes
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct regular assessments (theory & practical)
- Track student progress and maintain training records
- Prepare candidates for final assessments and certifications
Content & Planning
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials
- Customize training based on student learning levels
- Stay updated with industry trends and standards
Placement Support
- Assist in interview preparation (mock interviews, resume building)
- Coordinate with placement teams for job opportunities
- Support candidates in achieving employment outcomes
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain attendance, reports, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to program guidelines and standards
- Submit timely reports to management
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
