Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to join our team and manage our diamond jewelry listings on various e-commerce platforms worldwide, including Etsy, Alibaba, and others. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, driving sales, and enhancing our brand presence in the competitive diamond jewelry market. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, market trends, and the unique aspects of selling high-end jewelry online.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Manage and oversee our e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Etsy, Alibaba, Amazon, eBay, and others.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize listings and improve sales performance for diamond jewelry products.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments to maximize sales.
Research and Listing:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive pricing in the diamond jewelry sector.
- Create and optimize product listings with detailed and accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and compelling titles.
- Ensure all product information, including diamond specifications and certifications, is up-to-date and accurate.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement promotional strategies, including discounts, special offers, and seasonal campaigns, to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product discoverability and improve organic search rankings.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on diamond jewelry products.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights to enhance the shopping experience.
Inventory and Order Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of diamond jewelry and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Manage order processing, fulfillment, and shipping to ensure timely delivery and a seamless customer experience.
- Track and analyze sales data to forecast demand and manage stock levels effectively.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in the diamond jewelry market.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product listings and improve sales based on data analysis.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure all listings comply with platform policies, industry standards, and ethical guidelines for selling diamond jewelry.
- Stay updated with changes in e-commerce policies and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide expert advice on diamond jewelry.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce management and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international e-commerce markets and selling high-end products.
- Knowledge of diamond grading, certification, and the unique aspects of selling diamond jewelry online.
- Familiarity with product photography and graphic design tools.
