About Vertaflow
Vertaflow is a B2B appointment setting agency. We help companies fill their sales pipeline with qualified meetings through targeted outreach. We're expanding our team and looking for a driven BDR to prospect and engage potential clients on our behalf.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients — reaching out, sparking conversations, and booking meetings for our team. No closing required. Your job is to get the right people on a call.
What you'll do
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn and cold calls using scripts and briefs we provide
- Send connection requests, follow-up messages, and InMails on LinkedIn
- Make cold calls to qualify prospects and book meetings
- Log all activity and update our CRM daily
- Hit weekly outreach and meeting targets
What we need
- Prior experience in BDR, SDR, or any outbound sales role
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Good written and spoken English
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven — you don't need to be chased
Bonus points
- Experience working at a B2B agency or SaaS company
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
- Prior experience with appointment setting
