SE- Sales Engineers
Direct reporting to Branch Manager for day to day Operations
Locations - Chennai
· To develop the market for the product
· Drive Sales and Marketing through assigned set of distributors.
· To develop the new dealers and manage the existing dealers in assigned territory.
· Responsible for Conducting Customer Seminars and New Product Introduction Exercises at Key account and to push it through distribution.
· Will have to ensure timely collection of over dues payments.
· Should Prepare MIS by the 2nd of each month & daily sales report.
· Prioritization of new customer acquisition & business development through product demonstrations.
· Improvement in the average monthly sales volume on a month on month basis.
· Drive Branding and marketing activities to increase the brand foot print and visibility and demand creation as directed by the RM
· To achieve sales objectives as budgeted of focus programs and schemes with close working with PM
· To keep a tab on competition and strategize to counter them with support from PM
· B.E. (Mech.), MBA Marketing if have
· 3 to 5 yrs Experience.
· Industrial Tools, Hand Tools Engineer Product and Industrial consumable product (person has to be from manufacturing Background & Not from Trading).
· Must aware basic input to SAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Sales Engineer: 3 years (Required)
- Cutting tools: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer Relationship & Key Account Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- CRM, MIS & Sales Reporting: 3 years (Preferred)
- Product Demonstration & Technical Presentations: 3 years (Preferred)
- Channel / Distributor Management: 1 year (Preferred)
