ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Collections Operations Manager who brings a strong combination of domain expertise, digital collections experience, and external partner management. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, technology-driven collections, and partner governance — and demands someone who can operate confidently across all three dimensions.
The ideal candidate has worked in a fintech, NBFC, or digital lending environment and understands the full collections lifecycle — from early bucket management to NPA recovery — while leveraging digital tools and managing third-party partners effectively.

CORE REQUIREMENTS
1. Domain Understanding
▸ Minimum 4 years of direct collections experience in Fintech / NBFC / Digital Lending
▸ Strong working knowledge of DPD bucket-wise collections strategies
▸ Awareness on of RBI Fair Practice Code, collections compliance frameworks& acts
▸ Prior experience managing digital collections
2 Digital Collection Experience
▸ Hands-on experience running digital collection campaigns — Auto-dialers, WhatsApp nudges, SMS payment links, IVR-based calling, email dunning, and chatbot-led resolutions
▸ Experience in data-driven collection prioritization — using contact scores, propensity-to-pay segmentation, or bucket-wise logic to drive outreach efficiency.
3. Partner Relationship Management
▸ Experience managing end-to-end relationships with external partners — third-party collection agencies or lending clients/brands
▸ Maintains strong working relationships with partner stakeholders — ensuring alignment on process, quality, and regulatory delivery, performance reviews, and ensure SLA adherence
▸ Ensures all partner operations comply with company policy and RBI regulatory standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collections Operations
- Own collections targets across assigned buckets or geographies
- Design and execute bucket-specific treatment strategies in coordination with senior leadership
- Manage data allocation to tele-callers, and external partners on a periodic basis
- Oversee settlement, waiver, and OTS processes within approved policy frameworks
- Track bucket movement,resolution rates — identify stress pockets and course-correct proactively
Digital Collections
- Plan and execute digital outreach campaigns across channels
- Track digital resolution rates and continuously optimize campaign logic basis performance data
- Collaborate with product and tech teams for CRM enhancements, automation workflows, and dialer configuration
Partner Management
- Manage external partners — collection agencies or lending clients — with full ownership of the relationship
- Conduct regular field visits and formal review meetings to assess productivity, compliance, and process adherence
- Set monthly targets and SLAs for partner teams and track performance against agreed benchmarks
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Total Experience : 4 + Years in Collections — Fintech / NBFC / Digital Lending
Collections Domain : Must have directly managed Bucket NPA + portfolios

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
