Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (IT & Non-IT)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions across various industries while ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles
- Understand client requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews and feedback
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful closures
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet hiring targets and timelines
IT Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Hire for roles like Developers, Testers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.
- Understand technologies, frameworks, and IT skillsets
- Work on niche and lateral hiring
Non-IT Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Hire for roles in HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements
- Work across industries like FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment process
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–6 years of recruitment experience (IT / Non-IT / Both)
- Experience in consultancy or staffing industry is a plus
