Your mission
As an Inside Sales Expert, your role will be crucial in helping companies accelerate their digital transformation and achieve success. Your key responsibilities will include:

Driving Business Growth: Expand and accelerate our business in Europe by effectively aligning our solutions with customers' needs.

Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams including technical sales, customer success, marketing, business development, and sales operations.

Sales Process Management: Conduct end-to-end sales engagements, transforming marketing and sales leads into opportunities, and managing weekly sales expectations and forecasts.

Client Relationships: Engage with new prospects, reconnect with historical customers, and guide them through the journey from discovery to onboarding, adoption, and renewal.

Negotiation and Compliance: Handle proposals, negotiations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with all company processes and regulations.
