Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance using Keka HRMS.
- Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and adherence across the organization.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers during reviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure statutory compliance.
- Address employee queries and grievances, providing effective and timely resolutions.
- Support management with HR analytics and reports for informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in IT/Tech or service-based organizations.
- Proficiency in Keka HRMS is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,678.29 - ₹30,306.62 per month
