We are looking for a talented Cake Artist who specializes in premium cake decoration and presentation. This role is focused on transforming cakes into visually stunning creations through creative finishing, frosting, piping, texturing, floral work, modern cake designs, and luxury presentation techniques.
Our bakery already has an experienced pastry chef team. We are specifically seeking someone with strong artistic skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful, Instagram-worthy cakes.
Responsibilities
* Decorate and finish cakes to a high visual standard
* Create modern and luxury cake designs
* Work with buttercream, ganache, fondant, edible flowers, and decorative elements
* Develop new presentation styles and design concepts
* Ensure consistency in appearance and quality
* Collaborate with the pastry chef and production team
Requirements
* Experience in professional cake decorating
* Strong piping and finishing skills
* Creative eye for color, texture, and presentation
* Portfolio of previous cake work preferred
* Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced bakery environment
Preferred
* Experience with wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and premium custom orders
* Knowledge of current cake design trends
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
