Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence. The role involves identifying new customers, maintaining existing accounts, conducting regular field visits, and implementing sales strategies to maximize business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure product availability and effective market coverage within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to improve sales performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance analysis.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
