Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong FMCG background and expertise in Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis, and Excel Macros.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and business performance data.
- Create dashboards and management reports using Advanced Excel.
- Develop and maintain Excel Macros/VBA for report automation.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of business data.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in Sales MIS reporting.
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Dashboards).
- Hands-on experience with Excel Macros/VBA.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
