Core Responsibilities
- Team Supervision
- Lead and manage a team of visa tele-callers, ensuring productivity and quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track daily call volumes, conversion rates, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Training & Development
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and skill-building sessions for team members.
- Process Oversight
- Ensure accurate information is shared with clients regarding visa procedures, documentation, and timelines.
- Reporting
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with management for process improvement.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of visa processes and immigration guidelines.
- Ability to handle escalations and resolve client concerns.
- Analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and improving efficiency.
Daily Activities
- Conduct team huddles to set daily targets.
- Monitor live calls and provide feedback.
- Handle escalated client queries.
- Coordinate with counsellors and back-office staff for smooth processing.
- Maintain records of team performance and client interactions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
