- Supervise construction work and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Manage site activities, workers, subcontractors, and materials
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment
- Monitor project timelines and help meet deadlines
- Interpret technical drawings and provide guidance to workers
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes
