Key Responsibilities:

Strong experience with Helix Operations Management version 11 and later

Experience in Installation, Configuration, Administration and Support of BMC Helix Operations Management

Strong understanding of Event Management concepts.

Experience in integrations between TrueSight with other 3rd party products for data & events.

Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Solaris, Oracle and other components as per requirement

Hands-on Experience in configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart Reporting in Truesight OM

Experience in Configuring events using MRL/BAROC as per requirement

Experience in Analyzing environment and event data to fine tune and reduce event counts

Ability to generate performance and capacity reports and provide solution

Good overall knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture and Components

Experience working in client facing Implementation and Support assignments
-
Work closely with application teams to provide solutions across various requirements & problems.
