Position: Civil Supervisor
Department: Construction / Projects
Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labor productivity and allocate manpower effectively.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers for smooth project execution.
- Inspect ongoing work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Verify material usage and report requirements to management.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to construction standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site management.
- Good communication and team management skills.
