Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for handling various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance. The role ensures that HR policies are effectively implemented and that employees have a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview processes and follow-ups
- Support hiring and selection procedures
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires
3. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Maintain positive workplace culture
- Assist in resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and documentation
- Support performance management processes
5. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing
- Maintain salary records and benefits administration
- Ensure timely updates of employee compensation
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
- Update HR policies as required
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
7. Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops
- Track employee development programs
- Assist in performance improvement initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HR software (HRMS systems)
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not always mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
