We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving product visibility, and enhancing the overall customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
· Upload, update, and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, Etc.
· Coordinate with marketing to execute online promotions and campaigns.
· Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment.
· Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve performance.
· Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
· Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
· Track competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly.
· Generate performance reports and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
- Familiarity with major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and CMS platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, etc.).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
