We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations of the Central Contact Center at Parul University. The candidate will play a key role in managing bulk hiring, employee lifecycle activities, and overall HR coordination in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination of interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and ensure timely communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements efficiently within defined timelines.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring records.
- Support onboarding activities including document verification, joining formalities, induction coordination, and employee documentation.
- Ensure smooth employee integration into the organization.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll input data.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and other HR processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage departmental inventory and administrative coordination.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and operational data as required.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reporting authority.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations support.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
