Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organised Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, stock movement, order picking, packing, dispatch, and daily warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, inward and outward processes, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily inward and outward movement of stock.
- Receive, check, count, and record incoming products.
- Verify products against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, or warehouse software.
- Update stock quantities after receiving, dispatching, returning, or transferring products.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
- Identify stock differences, missing items, damaged products, and excess inventory.
- Perform stock reconciliation and report discrepancies to the concerned team.
- Organise products according to category, SKU, size, or storage location.
- Ensure proper labelling, barcoding, and placement of products.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Check orders before dispatch to avoid incorrect or incomplete shipments.
- Manage returned, cancelled, damaged, and rejected products.
- Maintain records of damaged, expired, or non-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, e-commerce, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and safe.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Support the warehouse team in completing orders within timelines.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of stock inward, outward, reconciliation, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, barcode scanners, or inventory software will be an advantage.
- Good counting, checking, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Comfortable handling physical stock and working in a warehouse environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management is preferred.
- Candidate should have experience handling SKUs, stock records, and inventory reports.
- Candidate must be comfortable working full-time from the Noida location.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
