Job Summary
The Team Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple teams and ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects. The role focuses on operational excellence, client satisfaction, team performance, and resource management while aligning business objectives with project outcomes. The Team Manager works closely with senior management, team leaders, clients, and internal departments to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality service delivery, and continuous improvement.

The Team Manager is responsible for ensuring these services are delivered efficiently, meeting client expectations while maintaining quality standards and achieving organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple teams and Team Leaders to ensure operational efficiency and successful project execution.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity, service quality, and overall business performance.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, workloads, and resource allocation across departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and successfully delivered.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Branding, and Email Marketing campaigns.
- Review project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders to monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and support professional development.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
- Conduct regular operational and performance review meetings with teams.
- Collaborate with management to establish departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and client service.
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Resolve client escalations and operational challenges effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience managing teams, projects, and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Branding, and Email Marketing.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, workflow planning, and resource management.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or collaboration tools.
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
