Summary:
As a Business and Integration Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive integration strategies that connect various endpoints and data flows to ensure alignment between technology solutions and overarching business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire project life-cycle, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing operations. The professional collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and smooth execution of projects, continuously monitoring and refining processes to support business goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration frameworks that support business and technology alignment.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Strong analytical skills to assess integration requirements and design effective solutions.
- Experience in managing end-to-end project life-cycle activities including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex integration challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrated work experience in chemical industry (preferably in commodity/plastics) in the areas of Management/Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Process Control, Innovation, Manufacturing & Operations Excellence, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing.
- Candidates with global exposure (having worked for global companies in the above industries, on international stints) will be preferred.
- Prior hands-on awareness of Business Process Management (Industry Processes), Process Transformation, Digital Transformation, Functional Expertise in Supply Chain, Plant Operations, Sales & Marketing etc. will be preferred.
- Exposure to Operational Systems (MES, LIMS, EHS) will be preferred.
- Prior exposure to digital and emerging technologies such as Data & Analytics, Mobility, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence will be a plus
- Prior exposure to ERP (Preferably SAP) as a user will be a plus
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
