About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead recruitment coordination, HR operations, and employee management activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, coordinating with recruitment agencies, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate with recruitment consultancies, staffing firms, and job portals for open positions.
- Share job requirements and monitor hiring progress with recruitment partners.
- Screen candidate profiles and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Develop strategies to reduce hiring turnaround time and improve candidate quality.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Performance & Employee Relations
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Promote a positive and productive work culture.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in recruitment coordination and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies and consultants.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience managing remote teams or work-from-home environments.
- Strong vendor and recruitment consultancy management experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
