Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct incoming raw material inspections, in-process inspections, and final product inspections.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements, and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and testing documentation.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Stores departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Monitor quality parameters and ensure adherence to established quality control procedures.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits as required.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems such as ISO standards.
- Train production personnel on quality requirements, inspection methods, and best practices.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of quality testing instruments and equipment.
- Prepare quality performance reports and present findings to management.
- Participate in new product development and quality validation activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
