Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Windows OS, networking, and printer configuration.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with website hosting, domains, DNS, and email configuration will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of IT security and user access management.
- Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops/laptops, printers, and software applications.
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and user account management.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related issues whenever required.
- Assist in IT operations, digital infrastructure, and routine system maintenance.
- Work with the IT ticketing system to log, track, and resolve user issues within defined SLAs.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering, or
- B.Sc. (IT), B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Engineering), or any equivalent IT-related degree.
- Freshers and final-year students (where internship is permitted) are welcome to apply.
Residence Preference
Candidates residing between Borivali and Bandra (Western Line, Mumbai) will be preferred for ease of commuting.

Timings - 8 am to 5 pm
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,744.53 per month
Work Location: In person
