- Minimize patient complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train, control, and supervise staff according to rules and regulations of the organization.
- Ensure safety and security of the all patient and staff.
- Control and issue of linen and cleaning materials.
- Check – patient rooms, critical areas, operation theatre, and Public areas need to be monitored.
- Supply of patient linen (like bed sheets, pillow cover, blankets, towels) to be procured as per linen plan.
- Maintain proper stocks, inventories and audits of consumable, linen & cleaning materials.
- Desk Activities: To ready the discharge rooms, beds supply of amenities, handling of patient rooms keys, handling of service calls to be monitor in daily basis.
- Outsource staff requirement and Induction given.
- Handling of Bio Medical waste and check the weight in daily basis.
- Handling of patient in safer manner and reduce negative complaints.
- Handling of Pest control.
- Establish and maintain laundry scheduling procedures.
- Organize the department as a team to get the maximum output of each employee to maintain the standard.
- Constant alert for newer methods, techniques, and material that will improve the overall operations in more efficient way at reduced cost.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
