Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, employee databases
- Handle employee queries related to policies, leave, and benefits.
- Support training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and labor laws.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration /Master’s degree in Human Resources / Master Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setup.
- Skills Required: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
