Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will design, execute, and optimize our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be to drive brand awareness, boost high-quality website traffic, and generate measurable leads. You will work cross-functionally with our content, design, and product teams to turn insights into high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and Email).
- Paid Advertising: Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROAS.
- SEO & Content: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/technical SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs using Google Analytics and HubSpot; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Email Marketing: Develop and automate email nurturing workflows, segment audiences, and run A/B tests to improve open and click-through rates.
- Conversion Optimization: Collaborate on landing page layouts and copy to maximize conversion rates (CRO).
