We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, achieving revenue targets, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations of F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
Control costs, manage budgets, and improve profitability
Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for smooth operations
Prepare duty rosters and supervise staff performance
Train and develop team members to maintain service excellence
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and prevent wastage
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory regulations
Plan and execute promotions, special events, and banquets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
Minimum 5+ years experience in F&B operations, preferably in hotels
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
Excellent communication and guest handling skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
