Examine cells and tissue samples to identify disease — the diagnostic judgments treating teams on client engagements act on

Interpret the laboratory picture end-to-end: blood tests, smear tests and tissue removal, with flawless reading of findings and clear recommendations for further evaluation

Advise healthcare professionals on client engagements about test selection — which investigations answer the clinical question actually being asked

Assist biomedical scientists in completing laboratory workups, and educate colleagues on the usage and limits of each diagnostic test

Provide guidance and interpretation of results — including when the honest answer is that more investigation is needed

Conduct research and stay current with developments in your field, feeding what you learn back into the engagement’s diagnostic practice

Float between medical, pharmaceutical and healthcare client engagements as project needs demand — one quarter a hospital program, the next a pharmaceutical safety review, each with your full clinical attention
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Pathologist at CryptoMize you will examine cells and tissue samples, interpret laboratory findings, and advise the treating professionals on client engagements — the diagnostic authority the clinical side of each engagement depends on. Patient interaction is scoped by engagement type: concentrated in cytology clinics, limited where the work is histopathology-focused, but the standard of care is identical either way.
Diagnostic integrity is a standing duty: clinicians act on your interpretations, so reports here are written to be defended — clear findings, stated limits and recommendations that distinguish what the evidence shows from what it merely permits. Where colleagues need education on the usage and limits of a diagnostic test, that education is part of the role, not an extra.
This is a clinical credential role, stated plainly: it requires a recognized medical qualification with pathology specialization (MBBS with MD Pathology or equivalent), current registration, and demonstrable diagnostic experience.
