Job Title: Quality Control & Production Supervisor (GRC/FRP Factory)
We are looking for a Quality Control & Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure quality standards are maintained in our GRC/FRP manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory production and workforce.
- Ensure products meet quality and project specifications.
- Inspect raw materials, molds, and finished products.
- Monitor production schedules and meet delivery targets.
- Manage and allocate labour efficiently based on production requirements.
- Identify and resolve quality and production issues.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction, concrete, precast, GRC, FRP, or manufacturing.
- Ability to read drawings and follow specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work on the factory floor.
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
