Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Java/Python Service Desk Associates to provide technical support, troubleshoot application issues, and assist clients with software-related queries. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Java or Python programming and excellent communication skills.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Java or Python programming.
- Understanding of SQL and databases.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
