About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dynamic D2C Beat Trainers to drive excellence in retail performance. As a key knowledge custodian, you will empower store staff and managers through impactful training on soft skills, customer experience, product knowledge, and sales processes.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy coaching, influencing teams, and driving measurable business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
- Create and execute training calendars and beat plans based on need analysis.
- Conduct on-ground training for store staff and managers on:
- Soft skills & customer experience
- Product & device knowledge
- Sales and service excellence
- Deliver 24 training man-days per month (mix of classroom & on-store coaching).
- Conduct performance coaching sessions to improve productivity and sales conversion.
- Facilitate NHIP (New Hire Induction Program) and refresher sessions.
Operational Excellence
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNI) and design action plans.
- Drive consistent store performance through capability building.
- Ensure implementation of all training and compliance guidelines.
- Track participation in online assessments (DKT, JKQ) and maintain documentation.
- Submit regular reports and insights to the Circle/Regional leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in training, preferably in Retail / D2C / Telecom / FMCG.
- Strong understanding of CS processes, mobile technology, and sales enablement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach, influence, and engage diverse teams.
- High sense of ownership, self-motivation, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel 100–200 KM as per training needs.

Onboarding & Certification
All trainers undergo:
- NHIP Certification covering behavioral, sales, and service modules.
- On-the-Job Training (OJT) at high-performing stores for 1 month.
- Performance evaluation through GAD requirements and geo-tagging reports.
Notice Period: 2 Months
