We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our interior design and execution projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining purchase records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day purchasing requirements for interior projects.
- Source and identify reliable vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Procure materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, lighting, electrical items, sanitary fittings, furniture, curtains, décor items, and other interior materials.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, site teams, and accounts departments.
- Track material orders and ensure on-time delivery at project sites.
- Verify material quantity and specifications against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding shortages, damages, quality issues, and replacements.
- Maintain vendor database, quotation records, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery records.
- Monitor material prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Ensure procurement is within approved project budgets.
- Assist in maintaining proper inventory and material tracking.
- Follow company procurement policies and approval procedures.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of interior construction and finishing materials.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: 1–4 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in interior design, modular furniture, construction, or real estate.
- Candidates with experience in sourcing interior materials and handling vendors will be preferred.
