Job Description:
We are hiring for a Voice Process role in a leading International Contact Center (ICC). The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via calls and providing timely resolutions while maintaining high service quality.
Eligibility:
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
Salary & Benefits:
