Job Description
Meadbery is hiring experienced telecallers/sales executives for its Liver Care Division. The role involves handling customer calls, explaining products, confirming orders, following up with leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, confidence in sales, and prior telecalling experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain Meadbery liver care products to customers
- Convert leads into confirmed orders
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer records and CRM updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Strong sales and convincing ability
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, supplements, or pharma sales is preferred
