Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, attendance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Complete joining formalities and employee induction.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Update HRMS and personnel files.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll with the Accounts team.
- Verify attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Maintain statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and NAPS.
- Assist in labor law compliance and audits.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and Code of Conduct.
Performance Management
- Track probation and confirmation timelines.
- Assist in performance appraisals and increment processes.
- Maintain employee performance records.
Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and attendance.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
Administration Support
- Coordinate ID cards, uniforms, access cards, and employee assets.
- Maintain HR reports and MIS.
- Support audits and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word,
Pay: ₹10,859.79 - ₹20,198.55 per month
