Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI & Applied Machine Learning Instructor to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and deliver industry-aligned training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI — bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. Key Responsibilities
- Training & Instruction
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for learners at varying skill levels
- Teach core AI/ML concepts including Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI model deployment
- Provide hands-on guidance using industry-standard tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, and Jupyter Notebook
Curriculum & Content Development
- Design, develop, and regularly update training curricula aligned with current industry demands
- Create comprehensive learning materials including presentations, assignments, coding exercises, and real-world case studies
- Develop live projects that allow learners to apply concepts in practical, meaningful ways
- Learner Support & Mentorship
- Assess learner progress through quizzes, projects, and practical evaluations
- Provide constructive, personalized feedback to support individual growth
- Guide learners in building strong portfolios, polished resumes, and project showcases
- Offer career counseling and interview preparation support
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
- Practical experience with ML models, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLM applications, and AI deployment
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Prior experience in curriculum development and training delivery is preferred
