Position:
HR Executive / HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Posting job openings on recruitment portals and social media
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Handling employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Managing attendance and basic HR administration
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
