We are looking for an experienced IndiaMART Executive who has hands-on experience managing IndiaMART inquiries and converting leads into business opportunities. Candidates with knowledge of gemstones, precious stones, or the gemstone industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage IndiaMART leads on a daily basis.
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain lead records and the customer database.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
- Understand gemstone products and explain specifications to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in IndiaMART lead handling.
- Experience working on the IndiaMART platform.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of lead management and lead conversion.
- Good understanding of gemstones is preferred.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
