We are now expanding our reach and seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about company products/services
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Generate leads and close sales targets effectively
- Maintain and update customer details in records
- Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into sales
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven 1- 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Telesales executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good with Google Sheets .
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
